Each studio balances light, climate control, and privacy, creating an environment where artists can focus fully on their work.
Main Level
Located on the accessible ground floor, the main level studios are defined by natural light and openness.
Skylights and daylight-balanced lighting create consistent working conditions throughout the day, while fully enclosed spaces offer privacy and security. Climate control and thoughtful material choices support a wide range of practices.
Lower Level
The lower level offers a quieter, more contained environment suited to focused, process-driven work
With individual climate control in each studio, durable concrete floors, and custom metal doors, these spaces are designed for flexibility, resilience, and concentration.
Building Amenities
Millville extends beyond individual studios. The fully renovated, climate-controlled building includes shared resources that support both daily practice and larger-scale projects.
Artists have access to dedicated outdoor work areas, covered patio space, kitchenette, utility sinks, on-site parking, bike storage, and integrated security systems.
