Main Level
Located on the accessible ground floor, the main level studios are defined by natural light and openness.
Skylights and daylight-balanced lighting create consistent working conditions throughout the day, while fully enclosed spaces offer privacy and security. Climate control and thoughtful material choices support a wide range of practices.
Lower Level
The lower level offers a quieter, more contained environment suited to focused, process-driven work.
With individual climate control in each studio, durable concrete floors, and custom metal doors, these spaces are designed for flexibility, resilience, and concentration.
Building Amenities
Millville extends beyond individual studios. The building is fully renovated and climate-controlled, with shared resources that support both daily work and larger-scale projects.
Artists have access to a secure outdoor work area, covered patio, kitchenette, and slop sinks—alongside on-site parking, bike storage, and integrated security systems.
Two on-site galleries—on the main level and lower level—create a direct connection between making and presentation, reinforcing Millville’s role as both a studio environment and an exhibition platform.
