Built for contemporary artists to do their best work.

Millville Studios reimagines what an artist-centered space can be: production hub, exhibition platform, and long-term investment in creative life.

Creative environments shape creative outcomes.

Millville Studios was founded by artist Sara Hubbs and Joey Carbajal with a clear belief: artists deserve spaces that support serious practice.

Built around the realities of making.

Designed in collaboration with architect Oscar Lopez of DesertWORKS Studio, the building was shaped from the inside out around how artists move, store, think, gather, and create.

Natural light, spatial clarity, durable materials, and subtle moments of color create a setting that feels calm, functional, and energizing.

Every decision was made to support concentration and momentum.

Architecture with Purpose

More Than Studios

Millville Studios combines private workspaces with public exhibitions, curated programs, and opportunities for connection across disciplines.

It is a place to develop work, test ideas, meet collaborators, and present new projects.

Made Here

Millville Studios is part of Tucson’s evolving creative landscape—shaped by the artists, ideas, and communities that define the city.
