An Evening with Kimon de Greef
The Sonoran Toad: Ecology, Culture & Conservation

Join us for an evening with journalist and author Kimon de Greef. His recent book, "The Ego Trip", investigates the global fascination with the Sonoran Desert toad, psychedelics, spirituality and the cultural consequences that have followed.

Kimon will be joined in conversation by Robert Villa, conservationist, natural historian and one of the Southwest's leading experts on the Sonoran Desert toad. The discussion will be moderated by Gary Paul Nabhan, MacArthur Fellow, ethnobotanist and acclaimed writer whose work has shaped our understanding of the ecology, foodways and cultures of the Southwest.

Desierto Books will have copies of Kimon's book available for purchase.
